HOW WE STARTED
HVAC Consulting, a division of ZAP Network LLC, was founded by Jason Rankin in 2010. Rankin, an insurance claim veteran of over 20 years, was frustrated that no companies existed to assist adjusters with HVAC claims. He understood the urgency to settle HVAC claims quickly, but fairly. He also saw firsthand that the HVAC industry was disorganized with conflicting information regarding feasibility of repairs, inconsistent pricing, and opportunities for fraud everywhere.
HVAC Consulting was established by Rankin and a small group of leading HVAC experts that set out to construct a blueprint to bring order to the chaos of HVAC claims.
Since that time, HVAC Consulting has grown into a national company covering over 90 percent of the contiguous United States and working with over 100 insurance companies.
